Payment Instructions

E-Transfer (Canada Only)

After you select Interac e-Transfer at checkout (default), please follow these steps to complete your order:

1. After placing your order, you will receive an email with your order details and e-Transfer recipient email.
2. Send your payment using your online banking app or desktop banking.
3. Make sure the total amount and recipient email match exactly what is listed in your confirmation email.
4. Write “What is my order?” in the security question section. Include your Order Number in the message field as well as the answer to the security question.
5. Once your payment has been received and confirmed, your order will be processed and shipped. You will receive another confirmation email.

Important: Do not include what you are purchasing in the message. If asked, write “consulting”. Make sure the total and recipient email match what is in your confirmation email to avoid delays.

Order Processing

• Orders are verified once payment is confirmed.
• Processing typically takes 1-2 business days.
• You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
