Return Policy

All sales from Polar Peptides are final. Due to the specialized nature of the products sold and strict handling requirements associated with research materials, Polar Peptides does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances once an order has left our facility.

The only exception to this policy is in the rare case of a verified manufacturing defect or confirmed damage caused prior to shipment. Any such issue must be reported within 72 hours of delivery by emailing [email protected] with your order number, clear photos of the packaging and product, a description of the issue, and photos of the shipping box if damage occurred during transit.
